4. Candidate Obligations

You must notify us of any changes to your registration, qualifications, or availability. Misrepresentation of credentials may result in termination of our engagement.

5. Employer Obligations

Employers agree to provide accurate role descriptions and work environment information. A placement fee is payable upon successful engagement of a candidate introduced by Hello Luma Recruitment, as specified in your service agreement. Attempting to engage a candidate directly to circumvent placement fees is a breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Hello Luma Recruitment and protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
